We work upstream of local filing and prosecution to develop an integrated technical, commercial and strategic foundation for patent portfolios intended for implementation across multiple jurisdictions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our work may include invention harvesting, strategic analysis, coverage priorities, proposed claim architecture, portfolio design, jurisdiction planning and cross-border coordination. We also support portfolio evaluation, licensing and transaction planning, and the technical, commercial and strategic preparation for potential enforcement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In each jurisdiction, patent applications and other patent-office matters are independently reviewed, adapted, prepared, filed and prosecuted by practitioners authorized to act before the relevant patent office. Those practitioners apply the relevant law and professional judgment and remain responsible for jurisdiction-specific legal advice and patent-office proceedings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uninno coordinates the portfolio-level strategy across jurisdictions. We do not replace the locally authorized practitioners responsible for work in their respective jurisdictions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Patent scope, grant, validity, licensing, enforcement and commercial outcomes depend on the facts and the applicable jurisdiction.
