Cross-jurisdiction work
Uninno IP Limited is a Hong Kong-based patent strategy and cross-border portfolio consultancy. We work upstream of local filing and prosecution. In each jurisdiction, patent applications and patent-office matters are independently reviewed, adapted, prepared, filed and prosecuted by practitioners authorized to act before the relevant patent office. Those practitioners remain responsible for jurisdiction-specific legal advice, professional judgment and patent-office proceedings.
No relationship or confidentiality merely from contact
Accessing the website or contacting Uninno does not by itself create a client, attorney-client, fiduciary or patent-practitioner relationship. An engagement exists only when confirmed in writing by Uninno and any other responsible professional as applicable. Do not send confidential or unpublished invention information before any necessary conflict checks and written engagement confirmation.
